Lap Swim & Water Walking

Cost: $3.00/visit

Weekdays, June 4th - 29th & July 9th - August 3rd  |  9am - 10:30am
* No classes or water walking on weekends or 4th of July week

Beat the heat! Get your morning workout in before River Run opens! Lap swim in 3 lanes dedicated to lap swim only or walk against the current in the lazy river.

Water Exercise

Cost: $3.00/visit (Drop ins only. No registration required.)

New in 2018! Suit up and take the plunge! Water is the perfect environment for exercising and losing weight. Water helps support, heal and relax muscles. This program will increase your strength and flexibility. You will make new friends and have fun exercising in an outdoor, heated pool. You do not need to be a swimmer to drop in.


Active Older Adults Water Exercise (AOA)

A low impact workout held in shallow water. Classes last 45-60 minutes. This course is designed so that each participant may engage to their own intensity.

Course Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:30 - 10:30am
No Class the weeks of: May 28th, July 2nd or after August 9th.


Aqua Power (High Intensity Interval Training)

A 30 minute high intensity class which primarily focusses on aerobic conditioning with some strengthening activities. No swimming skills required.

Course Times: Wednesdays 9:30 - 10:00am
No Class the weeks of: May 28th, July 2nd or after August 9th.

* Paid entrances only. All participants must exit River Run at 10:30am, and if wishing to utilize the waterpark that day, must re-enter at 11am paying the appropriate daily rate or using a season pass. No refunds shall be given for inclement weather closings.

* Note: Season Pass holders are not required to pay the $3.00/visit for the activities listed above.
